Clinical presentation

A 12 year old girl presented with an 18 month history of intermittent postprandial vomiting and abdominal distension following scoliosis surgery. Her family history was unremarkable. On examination, her abdomen was slightly distended without tenderness. Bowel sounds were increased. Laboratory values were normal. Upper gastrointestinal study is depicted in fig 1Go.
