Pan-colonic chromo-endoscopy appears to enhance the detection of subtle colonic lesions such as flat adenomas and dysplasia-associated lesions/masses (DALMs) in patients undergoing surveillance colonoscopy.1 Recent British Society of Gastroenterology guidelines now recommend pan-colonic dye spray during colonoscopy for ulcerative colitis surveillance.2
