Lymphocytes (2 × 105/0.2 ml) were cultured with giardia (1 × 104 /0.2 ml) in serum supplemented RPMI medium for 72 hours and the supernate filtered and tested by ELISA for IFNγ content. Results expressed in pg/ml (mean (SEM)).
