Helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradication prevents the development of dyspeptic symptoms and peptic ulcer disease, in particular when eradication is ineffective and infection is CagA positive.
We agree with the conclusions of the paper by Vaira et al,[1] which some way add to our previous findings.They followed up healthy asymptomatic blood donors, while we reported,[2] in a 2 year follow up...
