In the EUS arm, 44, 49 and 14 patients underwent cholecystectomy within 2 weeks, 4 weeks and beyond 4 weeks, respectively, after randomisation; while in the MRCP arm, 47, 53 and 9 patients underwent cholecystectomy within 2 weeks, 4 weeks and beyond 4 weeks, respectively after randomisation (p=0.515).
