    A 28-year-old woman presented to our hospital because of daily haematochezia and weakness. Physical examination showed pale conjunctivae and several capillary malformations consisting of port-wine stain on the surface of the right lower limb. The right leg was also hypertrophic and thicker than the left leg. Laboratory tests showed haemoglobin level of 8.8 g/dL. The platelet count and coagulation parameters were normal.
