The mean concentration of trypsin, and the mean 10 minute total output of trypsin, amylase, and lipase after the meal (though less than the peak post-prandial responses) were equal to the respective peak enzyme responses after intravenous injection of 2 Crick Harper Raper units per kg of secretin Boots; and after intravenous injection of 2 Crick Harper Raper units per kg of pancreozymin Boots.
