All cells were stimulated with LPS/pokeweed mitogen with or without the simultaneous addition of TPCK (30 μM) or dexamethasone (10⁻⁶ M). In parallel, activation of NFκB was determined in nuclear extracts 30 minutes after stimulation by gel shift (fig 4).
