  • Mice were injected daily with 5 μg of GLP-2 or its analogue (h[Gly2]GLP-2 ) for 10 days.

  • All measurements are expressed in μm. Values are mean (SEM); n=7–8 mice per group.

  • EM measurements were made on 12 photomicrographs per group.

  • ↵1-150 p<0.05 compared with phosphate buffered saline (PBS) treated mice (control);

  • ↵1-151 p<0.05 compared with GLP-2 treated mice.
