*Colorectal neoplasia includes adenoma, advanced neoplasia and cancer. Advanced neoplasia is defined as colorectal cancer, or any colorectal adenoma which has a size of ≥10 mm in diameter, high-grade dysplasia, villous or tubulovillous histologic characteristics, or any combination thereof.
