GAPDH was used as a house-keeping gene. GLT and IGH bands were quantified by densitometric analysis and the expression of each transcript was calculated with respect to the corresponding GAPDH value. PCR products were identified by size, gel-extracted and sequenced to confirm their identity (data not shown).
